Worcester Public Schools 20 Irving Street Worcester, MA 01609 Dear Attorney Thompson: I have received the petition of John Katella appealing the nonresponse of the Worcester Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Katella requested various documentation regarding opt-outs for the School’s sexual education program. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Mr. Katella with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
