The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 23, 2022 SPR22/0414 Robin Hulsoor Director of Finance & Operations Billerica Public Schools 365 Boston Road Billerica, MA 01821 Dear Ms. Hulsoor: I have received the petition of Doreen Healy appealing the nonresponse of the Billerica Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 19, 2022, Ms. Healy requested “… agendas and minutes regarding all the School Site Councils for this year.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Healy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0414, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. Healy with a response dated February 7, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Healy may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
