Hennessey appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 28, 2021, Attorney Hennessey requested the following records: 1) Pole camera [videos] as stated in [named person’s] report. 2) All of [named person’s] reports. 3) All responses by the WPD regardless of unit to the area of [named] Street. Include police reports and log entries. 4) All observation reports and notes by [named person] at [named] Street for the time period of 12/1/19 to 01/30/20. 5) All IDC reports filed by all officers and submitted by all officers to [named person] in reference to the incident occurring on or about 1/30/20. 6) All 911 and Turret tapes and log entries of calls for service or complaints by residents to [named] Street for the time period of 12/1/19 to 01/30/20 7) All reports and log entries of drug overdoses at [named] Street… 8) All recordings and transcribed interviews including [named person] conducted by BOPS and [named person] into the complaint filed by [named persons]. 9) All NRT reports submitted from the time period of 12/1/19 to 01/30/20. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Hennessey petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0428, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Attorney Hennessey with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days.
