G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 19, 2021, Mr. Padovano requested, “… any all paperwork relating to the [named committee]...” On November 30, 2021, the Institute responded. Unsatisfied with the Institute’s response, Mr. Padovano petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0432, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Institute responded to Mr. Padovano’s request with a further response sent on February 24, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Institute’s November 30th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Padovano may appeal the substantive nature of the Institute’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
