G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2022, Mr. Quemere requested certain internal affair records and transcripts from a federal criminal trial. The City responded on February 1, 2022. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, and claiming additional responsive records exist, Mr. Quemere appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Quemere and this office on February 25, 2022. As this appeal was opened based on the City’s February 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may further appeal the substantive nature of the City’s February 25th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
