G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 8, 2022, Ms. Dormer requested four categories of records pertaining to video and audio footage in the Town Hall. The Town provided a response and fee estimate on February 22, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Dormer petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0438, was opened as a result. In a telephone conversation between the Town and a staff attorney in the Public Records Division, the Town indicated that it intends on providing a supplemental response. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Ms. Dormer with a written response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations, and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Dormer may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
