G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2022, Ms. Belenkiy requested numerous emails from a named person. On February 15, 2022, the Commission responded. Unsatisfied with the Commission’s response, Ms. Belenkiy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0439, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission responded to Ms. Belenkiy’s request with a further response sent on February 24, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s February 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Belenkiy may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s February 24th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
