G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 16, 2022, Attorney Hennessey requested, “[a]ll internal affairs complaints, findings, reports for [named] officers” and numerous other records, reports, communications, emails and Facebook postings from the City. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney Hennessey petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0441, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Attorney Hennessey with a response dated March 9, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Hennessey may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
