The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 3, 2022 SPR22/0447 Allison Mondello Primary RAO Massachusetts State Police 50 Maple Street Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Mondello: I have received the petition of Sean Sheridan appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Massachusetts State Police (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 7, 2022, Mr. Sheridan requested “…all policies and procedures and training material related to automobile crash reporting.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0447, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Department provided a response to Mr. Sheridan dated March 2, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sheridan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ,, .· . ', , _-___ ' - ~ Rebecca S.
