See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 7, 2022, Mr. Sheridan requested “…all policies and procedures and training material related to automobile crash reporting.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0447, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Department provided a response to Mr. Sheridan dated March 2, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
