G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 4, 2022, Ms. Dickinson requested: [1] Copies of FRSU38 school committee member’s surety bonds. . . . [;] [2] Copy of the FRSU38 School District Governing Board Members blanket bond . . . [;] [3] A copy of the Power of Attorney for the bond company for the surety bonds [;] [4] A copy of the Power of Attorney for the blanket bond . . . [;] [5] A copy of the fidelity and liability insurance policy . . . [;] [6] A copy of oath’s of office taken by FRSU38 school committee members. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Dickinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0460, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Dickinson with a response dated March 1, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Dickinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
