G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2022, Ms. King requested: Re North Middlesex PRS Intake 5565Please provide a redacted copy of the complaint, the PRS letter to the district requesting a local report, local report, corrective action plan if any, and any other correspondence between 1. PRS and the District and 2. PRS and the complainant including any letter of finding issued, including any that might have subsequently been withdrawn and reissued with an amended version. Please also provide the closing letter, if any. The Department provided a response on February 18, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. King petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0422, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department informed a staff attorney in the Public Records Division that it intends to provide a supplemental response. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Ms. King with a written response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations, and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. King may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days.
