G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 25, 2022, Ms. Potts requested: 1. A copy of documents associated with the most recent Superintendent Evaluation for Jeffrey Marsden (as discussed on Feb. 10, 2022). Records provided should include both the compiled evaluation and each individual School Committee member evaluation[, and;] 2. A copy of any communication, e-mail or otherwise (e.g., hard copy cover memo), used to disseminate the Superintendent Evaluation of Jeffrey Marsden to School Committee members for discussion on Feb. 10, 2022. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response on March 3, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s prior response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
