Murray Supervisor of Records March 14, 2022 SPR22/0490 Frank Tipton Christa McAuliffe Charter School 139 Newbury Street Framingham, MA 01701 Dear Mr. Tipton: I have received the petition of Marion King appealing the nonresponse of the Christa McAuliffe Charter School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. King requested MA DESE Letters of Finding for an identified complaint, redacted of any confidential information. Having received no response, Ms. King petitioned this office. Subsequently, it is my understanding that a response was provided to Ms. King. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. King may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
