King of SPEDWatch, Inc. appealing the response of the Town of Concord Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for complaint PRS5822, redacted of any confidential information. After not receiving a response, Ms. King petitioned the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), and this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, on March 2, 2022, the School provided Ms. King with a response, including the responsive record. Accordingly, I consider this administrative appeal closed.
