King appealing the nonresponse of the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested the “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for complaint PRS 5421 and 5491, redacted of any confidential information.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. King petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0495, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided Ms. King with a response dated March 11, 2022. In light of the District’s March 11th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. King may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety days.
