Murray Supervisor of Records March 15, 2022 SPR22/0514 Jacqueline Cook Records Access Officer City of Lowell Police Department 50 Arcand Drive Lowell, MA 01852 Dear Ms. Cook: I have received the petition of Cameron Grenne appealing the nonresponse of the City of Lowell (City) Police Department (Department) request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 3, 2022, Mr. Grenne requested billing statements and correspondence relating to an identified company for a certain time period. When Mr. Grenne did not receive a response within ten business days, he petitioned the Supervisor of Records, and this appeal was opened.
