G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 3, 2022, Mr. Grenne requested: “all invoices/statements/billing records from 2021 for John Guilfoil Public Relations to [the Department]; and all correspondence between John Guilfoil Public Relations and [the Department] regarding this press release: https://jgr.net/2022/01/16/arlington-police-department- arrest-and-charges-man-in-connection-with-residential-breaking-and-entering/.” On March 2, 2022, after not receiving any response to his request, Mr. Grenne petitioned the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), and this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, on March 10, 2022 via email, the Town provided Mr. Greene with a response, including responsive records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Greene may appeal the substantive nature of the response within 90 calendar days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
