Murray Supervisor of Records March 17, 2022 SPR22/0517 Pamela Beaudoin, Superintendent Manchester Essex Regional School District 36 Lincoln Street Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA 01944 Dear Superintendent Beaudoin: I have received the petition of Jessica McGovern appealing the nonresponse of the Manchester Essex Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. McGovern requested various bonds and copies of policies. Having received no response, Ms. McGovern petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 7, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McGovern may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
