Callan Town of Sharon – Board of Health 90 South Main Street Sharon, MA 02067 Dear Ms. Callan: I have received the petition of Mira Belenkiy appealing the response of the Town of Sharon (Town) Board of Health (BOH) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 14, 2022, Ms. Belenkiy requested records from May 20, 2021 and February 14, 2022, specifically: 1. All communications between a massCHE mailing list and Sharon BOH and/or Leandra McLean. This includes emails forwarded to them that originated in a massCHE mailing list; and 2. All email communications between Sharon BOH members r Leandra McLean that contain the keyword massCHE in the subject/body. After not receiving a response, Ms. Belenkiy petitioned the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), and this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, on March 8, 2022, the Town informed this office that the records were provided. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
