See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 3, 2022, Ms. Koh requested the following records: [1] All contracts or invoices with outside vendors or private parties for legal, investigative or human resources work from January 1, 2007 through January 30, 2022…[;] [2] All related records to such services provided from January 1, 2007 through January 30, 2022… [.] Having not received responsive records, Ms. Koh petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0530, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the School has provided a response. As such, the School is ordered to provide Ms. Koh with a response to her request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. Ms. Koh may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
