Hassett Drive Medford, MA 02155 Dear Attorney Scanlon: I have received the petition of Thomas Henry, Esq. of Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan appealing the response of the City of Medford (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 25, 2022, Attorney Henry requested various records from the City. The City responded on February 8, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Henry petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0549, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response on March 10, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the City’s February 8th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Henry may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s March 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
