G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 26, 2021, Ms. Spaulding requested the following records, “…any and all emails, letters, notes, correspondence external/internal with the names: [Named Person], [Named Person], [Named Person], [Named Person] or [Named Person].” On May 17, 2021 the Office responded and provided a further response on February 4, 2022. Unsatisfied the Office’s responses, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0552, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Spaulding’s request with a response sent on March 8, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s May 17th and February 4th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
