The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 22, 2022 SPR22/0560 Kyle Wiley Primary RAO Town of Marblehead 188 Washington St Marblehead, MA 01945 Dear Ms. Wiley: I have received the petition of Mark Pelletier appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Marblehead (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 17, 2022, Mr. Pelletier requested, “… all documents and correspondence related said RFI’s, RFP’s, and contracts related to the BOS contracting a qualified vendor for producing the town WISP and any other related Cybersecurity policies.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Pelletier petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0560, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Pelletier a response dated March 9, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Pelletier may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
