See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 21, 2022, Mr. Bono requested the following records: [1] All vending permits issued by the City for the address of 160 State Street, Boston, MA, from 2018 to present [;] [2] All applications for vending permits submitted to the City, either new or renewals, for the address of 160 State Street, Boston, MA, from 2018 to present [.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Bono petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0603, was opened as a result. Subsequently, it is my understanding a representative of the City provided a response dated March 8, 2022 to Mr. Bono’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bono may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
