G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wojcik requested public records that have to do with identified reports, booking and photos. Having received no response, Mr. Wojcik petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 1, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
