Murray Supervisor of Records March 14, 2022 SPR22/0605 Thomas Mitchell, Director Hampshire County Sheriff’s Department 205 Rocky Hill Road Northampton, MA 01061 Dear Director Mitchell: I have received the petition of Thomas Wojcik appealing the nonresponse of the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wojcik requested public records that have to do with identified reports, booking and photos. Having received no response, Mr. Wojcik petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 1, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
