G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Commonwealth Transparency requested records regarding any person(s) who work for, contract for in any other way officially represent the School as well as any attorney representing the School and a named individual. Also, all electronic mail which include any person(s) representing the School and any person from the Public Records Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth including, but not limited to the Supervisor of Records. Having received no response, Commonwealth Transparency petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 15, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Commonwealth Transparency may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
