G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 16, 2022, Ms. Khan requested records relating to a public records request. On February 16, 2022, the School responded. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. Khan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0618, was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation between a Public Records Division staff attorney and a School representative, it is my understanding that the School intends on providing a subsequent response to Ms. Khan. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Ms. Khan with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Khan may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days.
