Murray Supervisor of Records March 16, 2022 SPR22/0620 James McIntyre, Chief Stoneham Police Department 47 Central Street Stoneham, MA 02180 Dear Chief McIntyre: I have received the petition of Louisa Moller appealing the nonresponse of the Stoneham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Moller requested all internal affairs investigations and all correspondence related to a Department employee. Having received no response, Ms. Moller petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 16, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Moller may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
