G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 23, 2022, Mr. Sheridan requested, “… the original invoice or any document showing what ‘packages’ existed for the retired Chief’s 2020 explorer.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0627, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Sheridan with a response sent on March 17, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sheridan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
