Murray Supervisor of Records March 29, 2022 SPR22/0629 Marvenia Frazier-Shubrick Public Records Coordinator City Hall, Room 123 36 Court Street Springfield, MA 01103 Dear Ms. Frazier-Shubrick I have received the petition of Andrew Quemere appealing the nonresponse of the Springfield Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Quemere requested various employee applications and personnel records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Quemere with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the response within 90 days. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
