G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested summaries of disciplinary records, resume, internal affairs file, continuing education certificates, any additional training records and certificates provided and/or facilitated by the City of Lowell and use of force reports of a Department employee. Having received no response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 17, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
