The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 25, 2022 SPR22/0634 Robin Hulsoor Director of Finance & Operations Billerica Public Schools 365 Boston Road Billerica, MA 01821 Dear Ms. Hulsoor: I have received the petition of Doreen Healy appealing the response of the Billerica Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 19, 2022, Ms. Healy requested “… this year’s agendas and minutes regarding all the School Site Councils for this year.” Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR22/0414 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 23, 2022) and SPR22/0444 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 9, 2022). In my March 9th determination, I asked Ms. Healy to clarify her objections to the School’s response. Based upon a conversation between a Public Records Division senior attorney and Ms. Healy, it is my understanding that Ms. Healy intends on providing a subsequent response to the School and this office to clarify her objections to the School’s response. Accordingly, Ms. Healy may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
