G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2022, Mr. Rousseau requested various records regarding a named environmental project in the City. On February 3, 2022, the City responded and provided further responses on February 14, 2022, and February 18, 2022. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Rousseau appealed and SPR22/0635 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Rousseau’s request with a further response sent on March 29, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s February 3rd, February 14th, and February 18th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
