Melnik City Clerk City of Revere 281 Broadway Revere, MA 02151 Dear Ms. Melnik: I have received the petition of William Bono appealing the response of the City of Revere (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 21, 2022, Mr. Bono requested four categories of records concerning “all Public Works and Sewer Water Drain road work crews.” Based on a phone conversation between this office and the City on March 24, 2022, I understand that the City intends to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Bono. Accordingly, said response must be provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its regulations within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Bono may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
