On February 1, 2022, Mr. Beckwith requested various records regarding the College’s Covid 19 religious exemption review process. The College responded on February 16, 2022 with a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the College’s response, Mr. Beckwith petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0645, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the College provided a further response on March 30, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the College’s February 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Beckwith may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
