Murray Supervisor of Records April 4, 2022 SPR22/0653 Robin Young Barnstable County Commissioners’ Office 3195 Main Street Barnstable, MA 02630 Dear Ms. Young I have received the petition of Thom Greve appealing the nonresponse of the Barnstable County Commissioners’ Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Greve requested a betterment agreement relating to a particular address. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Greve with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Greve may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
