The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 6, 2022 SPR22/0685 Kim Gouveia Public Records Access Officer Middlesex District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Ave Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Ms. Gouveia: I have received the petition of Louisa Moller appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 24, 2022, Ms. Moller requested copies of “… investigatory materials related to the allegation that [named person] stole funds from his police union [and]… all subpoenas related to the investigation into [named person].” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Moller petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0685, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided a response to Ms. Moller dated April 1, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Moller may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Louisa Moller Daniel M.
