Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Ave Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney DeBlander: I have received the petition of Anthony Barry appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex Country District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Barry requested the criminal history of a particular individual. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Barry with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
