Murphy Town Clerk City of Watertown 149 Main Street Watertown, MA 02472 Dear Ms. Murphy: I have received the petition of Julie Ahern-Pugilese appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Watertown (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 30, 2022, Ms. Ahern-Pugilese requested “…all public information regarding how the Town calculates [her] water and sewer bills during the year, 2013 to 2021.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Ahern-Pugilese petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0715, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Ahern-Pugilese with a response dated February 7, 2022. In light of the Town’s February 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ahern-Pugilese may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
