Murray Supervisor of Records April 5, 2022 SPR22/0720 George Frost Waltham Public Schools 617 Lexington Street Waltham, MA 02452 Dear Mr. Frost: I have received the petition of Pedro DeLeon appealing the nonresponse of the Waltham Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. DeLeon requested documents, investigative reports of an identified individual including, but not limited to, certain communications. Having received no response, Mr. DeLeon petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 29, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. DeLeon may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
