G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 14, 2022, Mr. Shibilia requested water bills for certain streets and overtime pay records for all DPW employees from 7/1/16 to 6/30/2021. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Shibilia petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR22/0733 and SPR22/0734, were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City intends on providing a written response to Mr. Shibilia. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Shibilia with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Shibilia may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days.
