G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 25, 2022, Ms. Ferguson requested: -All internal affairs cases of domestic violence, and -All internal affairs cases of sexual violence, including but not limited to rape and sexual assault. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Ferguson petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0748, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Ms. Ferguson with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
