See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2022, Mr. Beckwith requested various records regarding the College’s Covid 19 religious exemption review process. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/0645 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 30, 2022). The College responded on March 30, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Beckwith petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0760, was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation between a Public Records Division senior attorney and a College representative, it is my understanding that the College intends on providing a subsequent response to Mr. Beckwith. Accordingly, the College is ordered to provide Mr. Beckwith with a response to the request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Beckwith may appeal the substantive nature of the College's response within ninety days.
