Deree Town Clerk Town of Weymouth 75 Middle Street Weymouth, MA 02189 Dear Ms. Deree: I have received the petition of Gerard Mackin appealing the response of Town of Weymouth’s (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 24, 2022, Mr. Mackin requested, “… all public documents relating to Zoning Board of Appeals decisions referred to by Solicitor Callanan …” The Town responded on February 23, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mackin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0787, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on April 6, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the Town’s February 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
