G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2022, Mr. Jaffe requested “the entirety of the BCDAO DAMION Database.” The Office provided responsive records on January 27, 2022. Unsatisfied with the substantive nature of the Office’s response, Mr. Jaffe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0789, was opened as a result. In a telephone call between the Office and a staff attorney in the Public Records Division, the Office indicated that it intends on providing a supplemental response to Mr. Jaffe. In light of this conversation, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide Mr. Jaffe with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations, and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
