Murray Supervisor of Records April 12, 2022 SPR22/0801 Cynthia Mahr Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations Wellesley Public Schools 40 Kingsbury Street Wellesley, MA 02481 Dear Assistant Superintendent Mahr: I have received the petition of Celeste Demarco appealing the response of the Wellesley Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 14, 2022, Ms. DeMarco requested, “… names of the teachers who were at Fiske in 2011-2013.” The School responded on March 24, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. DeMarco petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0801, was opened as a result Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. DeMarco with a further response dated April 12, 2022. In her April 12, 2022 email, Ms. DeMarco stated that she wished to withdraw the appeal. In light of Ms. DeMarco’s April 12th communication, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
