See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 17, 2022, Mr. Iannacci requested the following records: 1) The Town of Arlington employment evaluation form or record… utilized in the interview process for the position of IT Project Manager and Systems Analyst. 2) If the position of IT Project Manager and Systems Analyst has been filled, a request to ascertain if a certified Project Management Professional at the time of employment was hired. 3) The employment forms and/or data records as above described, and any subsidiary metric criteria evaluation forms, commentary, and/or data records compiled by any interviewer during the Zoom meeting with [a named individual]. 4) All records, communications, notes, and forms of any and all electronic or paper composition as noted above concerning myself . . ., related to the Town of Arlington’s positions I have applied to. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Iannacci petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0823, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Iannacci with a response dated April 20, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Iannacci may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
