G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 18, 2022, Mr. Haltiwanger requested “…any and all records pertaining to case #1483CR00715.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Haltiwanger petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0850, was opened as a result. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Office has not provided Mr. Haltiwanger a response to his request for records. Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide Mr. Haltiwanger with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
