G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 15, 2022, Mr. Kath requested, “… a copy of the database of Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registrations. This should include, but not be limited to, registrant name, responsible individual, registration number, registration status, expiration date.” The Office responded on April 5, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Kath petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0864, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided a further response on April 21, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s April 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kath may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
