King appealing the nonresponse of the Southern Worcester County Regional Vocational School District (District) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for complaint PRS 6096, redacted of any confidential information.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. King petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0878, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided a response to Ms. King dated April 15, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
